    We were looking for a company to do a tub to walk-in shower conversion. We got estimates from several companies you see advertising all the time on TV. We were not impressed with the materials and ridiculous prices. We had heard about Custom Bath Solutions on the radio, so we decided to stop into their showroom and see what they had to offer. Jesse showed us all the materials offered and provided recommendations for helpful add-ons. We were very impressed with his knowledge- he understood exactly what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable. We hired him that same day! The materials and hardware are high quality and beautiful. Jesse made sure the shower wall where the seat was installed was structurally enhanced for safety purposes. The installers were very friendly, very particular in their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. We couldn’t be happier with our shower and highly recommend Custom Bath Solutions!

    We had Jesse/Ken install a beautiful custom shower door for us. At first we ran into some communication issues with a middle man which delayed our project. Once Jesse took over, measurements, order and install were completed in less than two weeks. Jesse did a wonderful job listening to our wants and designing the perfect frameless glass door. Ken did an incredible job installing it and was super professional. He cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell he drilled any holes in our tile! We love our door, it's perfect! Thank you!

    I’d like to take a moment and give a review of Custom Bath Solutions. My wife and I had to replace a shower in our master bath after we had some damage to the tile. We contacted four different companies. All names you would recognize. Three specializing in bath remodels and one “do everything” contractor. Two of the companies had a good selection of products and color options but the prices they quoted us were above what we had budgeted. The “Do Everything” contractor was ridiculous. Very limited selection of product and no choice of color. Their price was outrageous, and their salesperson didn’t really seem to be that interested or knowledgeable. Jesse Vycital, from Custom Bath Solutions, came to our home, saw the original issue, saw what we needed and gave us a rough price. The price was very good, so we asked him to give us a quote on doing a complete remodel of both bathrooms. That included replacing the showers, tub, toilets, sinks, countertops, and flooring. He gave us a quote but said he would go back to his office and run the numbers and send us a final quote. Later that day, Jesse sent us an email. He said he had good news for us. He was able to do everything we needed to completely remodel both bathrooms for less than he originally quoted us. Needless to say, that was great news to us. We agreed to the price and scheduled the remodel. To make a long story short, everything went as planned and we are extremely happy with the work that was done. The guys that came to do the removal and install were all good people with great attitudes and professional manners. They did a beautiful job. Jesse was always available whenever we had questions and was very easy to work with. If you’re looking to upgrade your bath, we highly recommend Jesse Vycital and Custom Bath Solutions.     Jeff and Issiah came to my home and installed a new bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet and lighting fixture. I am very pleased with the quality of products that Custom Bath Solutions sells and the quality of the workmanship they did. I very highly recomend Custom Bath Solutions and Jeff and Issaha if you are considering a bathroom remodel. The are the best.     After a a lot of pricing and discussion with a lot of remodelers and stores Best Bath and Jesse Vycital are the clear winners. We had out house built in 1999 and really wanted a big soaker tub so we splurged and put a 2 and 1/2 foot deep soaker shower combo. As we have now traversed into our mid 60's we wanted a more pleasing shower without the big step in. I am a 40 year technician and have always done lots of homework before purchasing and usually do the work myself. Jesse Vycital was a breath of fresh air after a lot of big box and contractor discussions. their product at Best Bath is superior and very easy to install. The detail is good and everything went just as expected. I have included a before and after picture and we could not be happier. If anyone else decides to do their own Best Bath and Grovers will cover you for all the instructions and parts you need/ PS the showerhead came from Pulse systems with handheld and bodysprays.

    Jesse V gave us a tremendous deal and he was right about the strength of construction and ease of drilling through. Delivery driver was caring and on time. Unit was packed to perfection. Two qualified plumbers installed shower in nine hours including silicone. Shower will outlast house!

    We hired Jesse and Custom Bath Solutions to remodel our kitchen and bathroom this past summer. Jesse and his team were knowledgeable, easy to work with and consistently checked in to make sure we were happy every step of the way. As with any remodel, there were a few minor setbacks that were outside of Jesse’s control, but he handled them professionally—pivoting to other tasks to keep the project on schedule and within budget. We truly can’t say enough about Jesse and his team. They completely transformed our kitchen and bathroom and we are thrilled with how everything turned out.     We give Custom Bath Solutions this rating because of a number of reasons. First, Jeff Mooney, Marcus Cook and his All-Pro crew were very easy to work with and a joy to have in our home. Our master bath remodel was sparked by the useless as well as slippery dangerous corner tub you can see in the first photo. The shower was tiny and squeezed between two walls. The plastic block windows did not open for any ventilation. We are not disabled. However, a hip surgery for one of us and a broken arm for the other made us realize how much we needed a friendly shower unit if our health suddenly changed. Enter CBS and Jeff, who helped us design our master bath to include the now wheel chair accessible roll in shower. Our master bath transformed from ho-hum to a truly WOW environment. Work began the day after Labor Day. The new master includes amazing details such as a skylight which lights the entire room, the teak fold down bench in the shower, an small openable window in the shower, no more glass to keep clean, locally made shower walls that look like marble and are treated with Rain-X to make shower water sheet off, a new pocket door to give the room privacy, a granite waterfall on the vanity as you enter the room, and tile floors. Marcus surprised us with using the floor tile instead of usual painted baseboards, which are another WOW factor. Our finished master bath looks and feels like a luxury experience, but is completely practical to use and keep clean. We do love the finished product and feel it was not only worth it for the process but also for the added value to our home. Then, while we could still get the same products from the supplier, we had CBS and Marcus return in December to do a partial remodel of our second bath. We kept the tub/shower unit which happened to be an older version of the Best Bath products CBS installs today, and was installed here in 1996, because it looks and functions well enough to keep it. We have now enjoyed our master bath remodel for 6 months. Both our remodels give us daily pleasure and have enhanced the value of our home. We are very happy we chose Custom Bath Solutions and highly recommend them to our friends.
